What to expect at my appointment

Firefly Therapy for pain simply requires a short visit and exposing the area of concern. If you have gut or cognitive decline issues, we'll do an F-scan first. Here's how it works...

1. The Scan

The F-scan takes just 2 minutes to complete. During the scan, you will sit quietly holding a metal cylinder and finger clip, which is placed on the middle finger of your right hand. There is no need to disrobe and it is completely painless.

2. Review Results

Next, your practitioner will go over the results of your scan and explain what is out of the normal range. The results are reflections of what your immune system is fighting at the moment.

Then, we will program the Firefly to match those F-scan frequencies, and work to eliminate the pathogens, (including bacteria, viruses, and parasites) in your body and determining a recommended number of treatments. Typically, 3-6 treatments are needed. Of course, everyone is unique and more treatments may be required to address the more chronically ill.

3. Light Therapy

The light frequency session is usually administered over the abdomen. Most people choose to lay on their back for the gut pathogen ablation and sit on a chair for a session on their head. Skin does need to be exposed for these sessions. This session typically lasts for 10 minutes.

4. Repeat the Scan

Typically, patients FEEL the difference or pass parasites (if they came up on your scan) and know that they are doing better with symptom relief and will have kick started your healing process. However, it is common that with pathogens, we will want to make sure they're gone. Therefore, we may suggest another scan, which may show more pathogens that your immune system has now prioritized since the Firefly has assisted it in ablating the first session's pathogens. After any type of session, make sure you are staying well hydrated to help the healing process and help to flush out toxins being released by your cells. A binder such as activated charcoal is recommended. Please ask your practitioner about the binders we offer in the office.
